2005 – International Management and Business Administration postgraduate studies for executives (EMBA). Joint SDA Bocconi (Italy), Roskilde (Denmark) and Kaunas University programme.

2009 – Doctor's degree in Social Sciences.

Since March 2011 – Chancellor of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
 

2008–2011 – Adviser to the Minister of Transport and Communications.

  

 2005–2008 – JSC "Ūkio banko investicinė grupė", Project Manager, Deputy Director for Corporate Affairs.

2002–2004 – JSC "Omnitel", Head of Business Clients' Project Group, Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships.

1999–2002 – SC    Ūkio bank as  ,  Director of Strategic Development Department.
